Community of Practice brings together non-profit partners, City of Tempe staff and community volunteers in conversation about human services priorities and practice.
Our Community of Practice Fall meetings will focus on:
- 2025 Comprehensive Tempe Health and Human Services Needs Assessment results
- 2025-2026 Agency Review funding prioritization
- Social Determinants of Health framework alignment
- Incentives for collaboration
This meeting will focus on agencies working within Crisis, with investments for moving clients out of immediate crisis. May include, but are not limited to, programs providing basic needs, such as provision of food; water; clothing; crisis shelter; detoxification treatments; etc.
