Community of Practice brings together non-profit partners, City of Tempe staff and community volunteers in conversation about human services priorities and practice.
Our Community of Practice Fall meetings will focus on:
- 2025 Comprehensive Tempe Health and Human Services Needs Assessment results
- 2025-2026 Agency Review funding prioritization
- Social Determinants of Health framework alignment
- Incentives for collaboration
This meeting will focus on agencies working within Self-Sufficiency for clients. This may include, but not limited to, programs for: prevention; special populations; counseling; mentoring; foster care and adoption education; childcare; benefits assistance; in-home care; volunteer opportunities; home-delivered meals; congregate meals; etc.
