Community Bridges, Inc. provides mobile community outreach and behavioral health-related crisis services to homeless, indigent, and working poor adults from Tempe.
Each visit is 90 minutes, and you are encouraged to observe, engage and ask questions.
These visits are part of building partnership, sharing information, and monitoring the city investment that helps to fund these programs.
