Help us operate our Threadz teen clothing closet for Tempe middle and high school students. Threadz provides free clothing, hygiene items, school supplies and more.
Volunteers are needed weekly during the school year on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30-4:30 p.m., volunteers arrive 15 minutes early at 2:15 p.m.
One of three locations, this Threadz site is located at Marcos de Niza High School for Tuesday shifts. Please sign up for as many shifts as you can, also consider signing up for Thursday opportunities or other site locations.
General tasks are assisting students obtain items, restock clothing, hygiene items and supplies. Includes light lifting and recordkeeping activities of inventory items.
This volunteer position must have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card on file. If you don't currently have this clearance card, reach out to our office on how to obtain. Any questions or info - call the TCC office at 480.858.2300. More info on Threadz.
