Community of Practice brings together non-profit partners, City of Tempe staff and community volunteers in conversation about human services priorities and practice.
Our Community of Practice Fall meetings will focus on:
- 2025 Comprehensive Tempe Health and Human Services Needs Assessment results
- 2025-2026 Agency Review funding prioritization
- Social Determinants of Health framework alignment
- Incentives for collaboration
This meeting will focus on agencies working within Stability, where clients’ basic needs are met, and program is moving them to greater functioning. May include, but not limited to, rental and utility assistance; case management; counseling; transitional housing; substance abuse prevention education; etc.
