Tempe Community Council holds site visits in the summer months and early fall with our funded non-profit partner agencies.
This meeting is 90 minutes long and will be conducted at their facility.
TCC Board Members and Volunteers from the Agency Review funding process are invited to attend.
Attendees are encouraged to look at the UMOM website prior to attending.

The agenda will be:
1. Welcome and Introductions
2. Reason for the Site Visit
a. Contractual
b. Opportunity to invite TCC staff & A R Volunteer Committee to see programs in action (hear from people who receive the services)
c. Information sharing
d. Opportunity to strengthen the partnership
3. Overview of Agency and funded Program Description
4. Questions regarding the program
5. Discussion of program details with program manager/grant manager
a. Grant monitoring check list
b. Quarterly reporting
c. Covid-19 or Other (challenges and discoveries)
d. Trends
e. Strength or what is working well?
f. How can we support the agency differently? Is there anything (beyond funding) that we can do to support their efforts?
g. Assure volunteer questions have been answered.
h. Thank you for your work and partnership.
